Beseda has stood in the centre of Týnec nad Labem since the early 19th century. The house has been renovated, but it hasn't lost what makes it worth the trip. It's big. Honest. And built so that people naturally come together in it.

During the day, life mostly revolves around the kitchen. In the evening it moves outside to the grill or the fire. When the weather isn't kind, everyone gathers in the conservatory. You don't need a programme. Everyone brings their own anyway.

No other guests, no reception. For the length of your stay, Beseda is yours alone.

Can we rent Beseda room by room?

No. Beseda is always let as a whole. For the length of your stay, the whole house and garden are yours alone.

How many guests can stay?

Beseda sleeps up to 14 people. The accommodation is made up of three separate rooms with private bathrooms, one four-bed room and shared sleeping for six in the attic.

What occasions is Beseda good for?

Most often it's weekends with family or friends, celebrations, company get-togethers, workshops and intimate weddings. With the whole place to yourselves, you can shape the stay however you like.

How does booking work?

You'll find available dates and prices in the booking section on this page. Choose your dates, fill in your details and pay for your stay online. Your confirmation arrives by email.

What's the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is two nights.

Can we bring a dog?

No. Beseda isn't set up for stays with pets, so unfortunately animals can't come along.

Is there parking?

Yes. There are parking spaces for about three cars right by the house. More cars can park within walking distance of Beseda.

Is the kitchen equipped?

Yes. The kitchen is ready for everyday cooking during your stay. You'll find basic crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and all the usual kitchen equipment.

Is Beseda open all year?

Yes. The house is open all year round and every season brings a slightly different atmosphere. In summer most of the time belongs to the garden and the fire pit, in the colder months to the shared spaces and the conservatory.

What can we use during our stay?

Beseda comes with a fully equipped kitchen, shared spaces, a conservatory, a garden with a grill and fire pit, Wi-Fi and everything a larger group needs for a comfortable stay.

Do you arrange catering or a programme on site?

Beseda is let as a whole house. If you need help arranging extra services for your event, get in touch and we'll happily talk the options through with you. You'll find more on the events and hire page.

How do check-in and check-out work?

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 10:00. We'll email you everything you need to know about arrival and departure once you've booked.

Can I pay for my stay through FKSP?

Yes, you can (FKSP is the Czech employee social fund). Contact us at info@bbeseda.cz with the necessary details.
