who was rikitan?

The leader who brought the gang together. The woodsman who taught them to live in nature. Rikitan came up with the plans, drew them into the forest and set up the adventures, and all the while was responsible for every one of them.

The perch carries his name on purpose. It's a base you set out from. Power from solar panels, water in modest amounts, no mobile signal, and cows on the meadow next door.

Upstairs, a bedroom for three with a view of the starry sky; downstairs, an extra bed for one or two. A kitchen, a wood stove, a shower, a composting toilet. Outside, a fire pit, a grill and two off-road scooters.

You need a mobile network.
You expect hotel comfort.
A composting toilet is a deal-breaker for you.
You're coming in winter and expect a heated base.

How does arrival work?

You'll get an access code by email. There is no reception, you arrive on your own at the agreed time.

Is there mobile signal nearby?

Almost none. That's intentional. Calling over Wi-Fi isn't available either, because there's no Wi-Fi. Bring offline maps.

Can I bring a dog?

Yes. Medium breeds are allowed, a surcharge of 490 Kč per night. Mention it when booking.

How does the electricity work?

Solar panels and batteries. They handle the basics: charging phones, lighting, the fridge. Use them sparingly.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free. Between 30 and 15 days ahead it is 50% of the price of the stay, under 15 days it is 100%. Details in our terms and conditions.
